Normal wt: BMI 20-25: Bmi is the best way to determine ideal weight. There are many free bmi calculators. Less than 25 is desirable. Over 25 is overweight. Of course, there are thin people who are in terrible shape (weak, and fatigue easily). So, it is also important to exercise, feel vigorous, and good about yourself.
