Very good morning doctors. i am a 63 year-old male. i do not have diabetes. what is your opinion regarding using ozempic for weight loss?

Semi-glutides like "Ozempic" are good for weight loss, but are expensive ($1300 or so per month). See your primary care physician for recommendations for exercise/diet which if observed will produce the desired weight loss.

Most people who use Ozempic do lose some weight, but it can have side effects and it is very expensive. Since it has not been used for long periods of time, it is hard to know what the long-term outcome will be for people who use it for weight loss. I think it may be a little early to jump on the Ozempic bandwagon. Good luck.
