Very good evening doctors. i am a 62 year-old male. i had a urinalysis in february of this year. overall results were good. when would be a good time to get another urinalysis?

If you have no urinary or genital symptoms, and if there is no other evidence of kidney disease, there is no need for another urinalysis. There might be an exception if you have a condition that can predispose to urinary tract infection or kidney disease. Otherwise there is no need.
