You are still confused about your renal function status so you are best answered face to face with a nephrologist. Urine creatinine in spot or random urine sample varies by the urine concentration and same with albumin in spot urine sample and that's why we use the ratio urine albumin/creatinine (UAC) so the result doesn't depend on the urine concentration. Normal UAC is less than 30.
