Yes: Generally, we like to wait till a patient's face is fully grown & mature. For women it's around 15-16 y/o. As a rough guide, your face is fully grown when you stop growing in height. The reason for this is that, in some cases, your nose will be in better proportion when your face is bigger & more mature. Exceptions to this would be with very large noses or psychological issues.
