16-17 yo for males: If possible males should wait till 16-17. Women can generally have a rhinoplasty at 15-16. His is the age where the nose has stopped growing.

Stable growth: 16-18: 14 is still too young in my opinion. I would wait until at least 16when he achieves a stable growth curve which is typically 18 in most males.

Depends: If he is mature 14 is ok. His face must look mature to assure growth has completed. See a facial plastic surgeon for an evaluation.

Good Question: You are going to get many opinions on this controversial topic. The goal of your doctor is to do no harm: operating too early can disrupt the growth plate and stunt your son's normal nasal growth. Since individual maturity is highly variable, you are best to consult a rhinoplasty expert in person.
