I am randomly having a runny nose. it doesnt happen daily but it happens once a while. i did have rhinoplasty two years ago for a blockage that i had in both my nostril. my nose still feels block sometimes and hard to breathe hopefully its not csf?

Most likely it is not CSF. That would require an injury in most cases. More likely it is allergies. See your doctor
