See physician ASAP: This area should be evaluated by the physician who performed the surgery as soon as possible. It may or may not be realated to the facial tumor, but with the diagnosis of a cancer on the face you should not wait to have an examination.

What type of Cancer: If it is basal cell carcinoma most likely it is inflammatory reaction, as they do not spread, if it is squamus cell or even melanoma need investigation, scans possibly a pet scan to make sure it is not related to the face lesion, may need a biopsy , speak to your doctor
