Lipoma ?: This sounds like a lipoma. A lipoma is a harmless fatty tumor.

Perhaps a lipoma: Lipoma is a benign fatty growth under the skin. It can be hard to see on your imaging studies. The MRI should be the best test to rule out anything serious.
