Most likely soft ti-: Ssue contusional injuries from the fall with superficial neuritis (of the nerves in and just below the skin). These get better slowly and sometimes can take up to 2 years to completely resolve. So your getting better slowly is a good sign. Hang in there, it should improve. Rarely there may be some residual numbness but the majority would subside.
