Horse fall 6 mo ago. hip pain and numb from pubic bone to tail bone. normal mri and xray. now area is smaller but still numb and painful. idk what to do.

Most likely soft ti-: Ssue contusional injuries from the fall with superficial neuritis (of the nerves in and just below the skin). These get better slowly and sometimes can take up to 2 years to completely resolve. So your getting better slowly is a good sign. Hang in there, it should improve. Rarely there may be some residual numbness but the majority would subside.
