Ive had hip/groin pain for 2 years, ive had both a mri and x-ray which showed nothing. the first mri showed i had stress fractures but now nothing. i did physical therapy for a year, didnt help. now seeing pain management, not helping. what now?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

You should be evaluated for a possible torn Labrum, the rim of cartilage around the hip joint. Find an orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in hips and knees for this. You may also require an MRI Arthrogram, where dye is injected into the hip joint followed by an MRI scan.
