Sleep: The most common cause of fatigue is sleep deprivation. You may have extra energy, due to straterra, and therefore be sleeping less. Check your sleep schedule, and be sure to get short amounts of regular exercise. If you are sleeping and exercising and still tired, check with your doctor; there are a myriad of causes of fatigue. Straterra is not typically associated with fatigue.

Take at night?: I guess your choices are to lower your dose or start taking it at bedtime. Often times, patients get used to the side effects over time. So, if you haven't taken it very long, you may want to just try giving it a little more time. You should discuss the situation with your prescribing physician.

Atomoxetine: Agree with both earlier responses. Per Drugs.Com, atomoxetine may cause somnolence/sedation in up to 11% of people. Agree with recommendation to consider taking at night or addressing dosage with your prescribing provider.
