No: It does not mean you are bipolar. If strattera (atomoxetine) worked, why change? Your adderal dose is low for an adult. You could raise it in consultation with your doctor (are you on the long acting or short acting form?) If you are taking the tablets, consider the XR capsules two in the morning. Alternatively you could combine the lower dose of adderal (20 mg XR in the morning) with Strattera (atomoxetine).
