I just began 80mg of strattera (atomoxetine). i've been in a strange mood most of the time since. not happy or sad, just off. is this common & will it pass?

Most side effects...: Pass as you become accustomed to medication. If they don't & are problematic then consult your prescriber. Gradual increase of dose up to 80 mg is best while starting at 80 mg more likely to cause side effects including possibly causing one to feel "off" for a while. Hopefully it will pass soon & you will benefit from strattera (atomoxetine). It can take up to 12 weeks to reach maximum benefit.
