IT MAY BE SAFE: The dise is depdendant on body weight, so id a kid or teenager weighs 60 kgm it will be 1.5 mgm per kgm dose and some may tolerate but it is better to start smaller dose like 0.5 to 1 mgm per kgm and titrate up depending on efficasy and side effects, to reach the therapeutic dose which can be as high as 2mgm/kgm.
