A member asked:

I am 21 y/o and have an on and off hormonal therapy for pcos. but my recent utz shows that the polyps muliplied and affects both side of my ovary.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PCOS: Pcos can be treated medically or surgically. It is not uncommon for the cysts to enlarge and multiply. The goal is to treat the condition, including weight loss regimens and ancillary treatments to control hair growth, etc., so that you can eventually get pregnant, if you desire. The treatments are for the long term, and working closely with your provider over the long term will help.
