I have been diagnosed with pcos and endometrial polyps since i was 19 y/o. are there chances that i might have a high risk pregnancy in the future?

There is always the: Chance, many pregnancies are high risk. Consider taking care of yourself now. Consider metformin which may help with weight control, especially if u have a strong family hx of diabetes. I would be on the pill. Endometrial polyps r uncommon at your age but these r not cancerous. You have 2x the risk of depression w/pcos, if tired alot but can't sleep, may b problem, easliy tx'd that add to wt.

Not likely : With pcos your biggest risk may be getting pregnant. Once you are pregnant the pcos and polyps should not put you at risk.
