Post ovulatory bleed: Spotting could be due to either. I would expect that if you have polyps, pregnancy would be less likely. And, I wouldn't expect implantation bleeding to last more than a day or so. I would think that the polyps are more likely and you may wish to address them with your MD, as in remove them.
