Many approaches: No guarantee but common sense approaches- less intake of carbohydrates, fatty meals, sodas, lots of water prior, during and after meals to curb appetite, more intake of fruits, veggies, salads. Have a thorough blood test including fasting sugar, cholesterol and thyroid . (on a lighter note, try cardiac diet. If it tastes good, spit it out! also put duct tape over your mouth!) best wishes friend!
