Examine your diet: Simply lifting weights is not enough to gain weight. Your body needs additional protein and other nutrients in order to translate your work in the gym into body weight. There are many resources online that can help direct you in terms of this goal. Avoid unsafe shortcuts such as anabolic steroids. Eat more, lift more, use proper technique, and allow for adequate rest and recovery.

Eat more and: Exercise. You'll gain weight eventually. Don't waste your money on pills and supplements that won't do any good and could harm you. Don't get your medical or diet info from friends, tv or the internet.
