I'm fifteen and five foot eight and i swim competitively. is it bad for me to weigh 150 pounds? am i over weight?

Absolutely not!!!: You are well within normal range and because you swim competitively you have more muscle than fat. Muscle tissue weighs more than fat. Keep swimming, eat healthy and try not to worry too much about the number on the scale.

Normal BMI: 18-25 is the normal range of body mass index. Your BMI is 22.8 therefore your weight is right where you should be. Rejoice!
