I had a hip arthroscope for a labral tear 6 mo. ago. i am now having intense pain in my hip/groin/buttocks area. do you think its re-torn?

Possibly: Hip scopes are done to repair or remove problems in the hip joint. Unfortunately it is possible to retear the tissue. Also the circulation to the hip could be compromised and resulted in bone deterioration. I recommend seeing an orthopedist and having a thorough evaluation.
