I just had arthroscope for a hip labral tear repair. 3 days ago. on crutches. i feel a clicking i did'nt have before, mostly when adjusting my legs in bed or when sitting. is this normal?

Yes it is possible: The joint slightly inflamed after the surgery and swelling, also the tissues around it have the thing. Give it some time most likely will go away, if did not check with your doctor how did the surgery.
