hip labral debridement 2 weeks ago - still have groin pain, but now a bad ache, thigh pain and low back pain also - is this normal? not on crutches

Possible: I would not be surprised if you continued to have these symptoms just 2 weeks after this procedure. However, you really should check with the orthopedist who did the procedure to determine what the typical recovery period should be and what you should expect.
