Evaluate your stress: Look at the things in your environment that feel stressful to you and make a decision about whether or not you can change them. Then look at the skills you already have to cope with your stress and see where you can improve. Talk to a counselor about relaxation exercises you may do. Getting adequate rest, proper nutrition and exercise are also helpful.

Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation.
