Sleep Hygiene: Shutting down your brain at night is easy for some, but difficult for others. If you already use meditation, try pmr (progressive muscle relaxation).I recommend a 20 minute guided pmr--many are found on itunes, such as one by dr. Beth salcedo. In addition, there are many books out there written about how to have good "sleep hygiene"--the art of getting good rest.
