A member asked:

What vegetables or fruits will increase my height?

2 doctors weighed in across 2 answers

Vegetables = healthy: Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase height. In rare cases, growth hormone is approved for use in younger, extremely short kids.

None: If you are a six year old and don't eat properly your height may suffer. If you are a 23 yo who quit growing 6 years ago nothing you eat/drink and no exercise or stretching device will increase your height.
