A member asked:

If a child or a teen doesn't eat fruits at all, will his height growth be reduced?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. James Ferguson answered

Depends: Achieving a destined final height does require good nutrition. If the kid gets a balanced nutrition without fruits he should be fine.
