It may not be food: Related.Oftentimes we forget we are not getting our 8 hours of sleep every night and this tremendously impact our daily activities to the point we become unproductive and sluggish.If you do get 8 hours of sleep, best to get checked by your pcp for anemia, hypothyroidism and other related health issues.
