Good day, i have a sore chest like from my windpipe at throat down to chest level, cough chest heaviness and a general tiredness. bit of a dry cough and sweating episodes. please advise if in need to get tested for covid?

Yes: In order to come to a firm opinion who should have a proper evaluation which can be done via telemedicine. Based on what I read alone it seems like you should be tested for COVID 19 .

COVID 19: Sx's could be from COVID 19 or other causes. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. Testing would be warranted.
