Sadly, No: The "checkup" misses a ton of things. Unfortunately, you're suffering from what the majority of americans are... Fatigued all the time, a bit on the heavy side, knowing that you probably ought to feel better but don't. 2 things: 1) calories in - calories burned = weight gain. Fix one, and preferably both terms in that equation. 2) if sig overweight, have your doc look into sleep apnea.
