probably nothing: If you feel good and have not changed weight then you are probably ok. Are you exercising more? If you increase muscle/loss fat your wt could be stable, but you'll look more lean. Most of the world is not overweight or obese so people that are lean are often thought to be 'sick', but it's really the obese people that are ill.
