Healthy snack ideas : Ideas: 1 square of high quality dark chocolate. String cheese wrapped in a piece of low-salt ham. Apple slices with cashew butter. Fresh avocado slices wrapped in a slice of turkey. Raw veggies and hummus. 1 handful raw almonds. Berry smoothie with protein powder and ground flax seeds. Warm pear with ricotta cheese, sprinkled with cinnamon. Cup of edamame (boiled soybeans). More?
