I dont know what you mean by improving digestion.As a rule a diet rich in plant based food including green and other vegetables,fruits,Legunes like peas and beans,Whole Grain cereals,nuts,oily fish,nuts,eggs,fat free diary,poultry and limited amount of meat.And water.Avoid Sufary Drinks,Seeets and added sugars and processed food of any kind.Dont overeat.Stay Active with exercise/sports/walking etc
