Stomach issues: Feeling of poor digestion of food might be caused by various reasons. The most common ones: acid reflux, gastric ulcer, gallbladder stones or slowness, to mention a few. It is wise to eat low fat diet, low irritant diet( caffeine, sauces, spices) to keep symptoms under control. If symptoms are severe or worse associated with vomiting, diarrhea, fever it is advised to see your pcp for evaluation.
