Dentist & physician: See an oral surgeon or an oral pathologist for a consultation. There may or may not also be medical considerations complicating matters, so you may have to see a physician as well. There are medications to treat this.

Diagnosis?: Have you had any treatment? Generally, oral yeast responds very well to anti fungal rinses etc. Have you actually had a culture, or are you just seeing "white" film or similar that wont resolve. You should have a culture or even biopsy to rule out lichen planus or other disorders. Yeasts can be treated, but make sure it's what's your dealing with.

See an oral surgeon: First the cause of the fungus needs to be determined. Also, have you seen a doctor and had any treatments in the past 7 months? Are you taking any antibiotics, steroids medications for a prolonged time? Do you have diabetes? See an oral surgeon for an evaluation and your md will need to look into any health issues.
