Protein: You need a combination of protein, high fiber carbs, and healthy fat to nourish your body and feel satisfied enough to focus on your studies. A high protein shake with coconut milk, ground flax or chia seeds, and fruits like berries, etc will satiate you and keep you going. You'll need to eat again before the 9 hours is up though -- lean protein, veggies, high-fiber carbs will be good lunch.
