Include Fruit: Start with a protein, add some carbohydrate, and some a food fat (contain fat soluble vitamins and hdl). A healthy shake is refreshing and healthy. I like to add peanut butter. Man does not live by bread alone, so make sure to eat more chicken, eggs, that is.
