Generally speaking: Increasing fiber while decreasing intake of starches (toast, waffles, pancakes, cereal bars, sugared cereals, etc) may help. There are high fiber cereals available and darker breads with whole grains and higher fiber content. Also make sure to have some protein with breakfast which helps to avoid lows, too.
