Shaky: Even though not diabetic it sounds like you may have blood sugar fluctuations, perhaps being on the way to diabetes. Breakfast is not the only consideration. Please see a licensed nutritionist. In general, small and frequent meals which contain protein and are low carb and low sugar help but you need a pro to guide you. Peace and good health.
