Probable hydrocele: Urologist can take care of this otherwise benign problem with simple, fairly minor surgery. Dr will likely first advise scrotal ultrasound to rule out rare chance that you also have a testicular tumor.

Large testes: You could be normal or you could have hydroceles (fluid around the testicles).
