Varicocele: Varicoceles are fairly common. As someone who does that surgery, i would only advise you to have corrective surgery (spermatic vein ligation) if it caused you significant discomfort or if you were found to have an abnormal semen analysis and were planning on children. Not everyone with varicocele has fertility problems, in fact most don't.
