Cant target wt loss: It is impossible to target weight loss. We have areas where we store excess fat based on where our fat cells are located. Most women have fat cells in hips, buttocks and so weight will accumulate preferentially there. The key is to attain a healthy body weight. Aerobic exercise ( running, bike riding etc) is helpful here. Resistance exercise can help increase strength, sit ups are good for abs.
