Help please! is eating vegetables from cans as effective for muscle building as fresh food?

No: Canned vegetables and fruits contain chemical preservatives to allow them to be maintained as such in a can. These preservatives can leech beneficial nutrients out of the canned substance. You are also exposing your body to the potentially harmful effect of consuming the preservatives over time.

Not the point: Fresh vegetables are always more nutritious than canned ones. That said, you build muscle with strength training, not from vegetables.
