Hard to know: Those are rough equivalent doses, but people respond differently to the two classes of stimulants (conerta is methylphenidate; Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is amphetamine). It's not that one is better than the other, just that they are different. The act of switching should not cause a problem, but you may find that side effects and benefit are different--could be better or worse.
