Im switching from 54 mg cocerta to adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) xr 30 mg. should i expect any reaction?

Hard to know: Those are rough equivalent doses, but people respond differently to the two classes of stimulants (conerta is methylphenidate; Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is amphetamine). It's not that one is better than the other, just that they are different. The act of switching should not cause a problem, but you may find that side effects and benefit are different--could be better or worse.
