Adderall/concerta: not advised, but you can adjust the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) dosage or use Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine)-XR with Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine)-IR at different times, to lengthen the duration of response.
