Is concerta 54 the same as adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine)?

No: Concerta 54 is a brand name for methylphenidate. 54 milligrams which is slowly released over usually a 12 hr period. It is usually precribed to treat Attention Deficit Disorder. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a brand name for a mixture of four amphetamine salts also used to treat same condition. Comes in different doses and both rapid release and time release form. They are intraconverted to each other.
