Which is better, adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or concerta?

Depends...: Ppl respond differently to meds so it depends which one helps you focus when you need to. Some adults prefer having a little more control over dosing so shorter-acting Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is preferred. Others like once-a-day dosing to carry through the workday. Some ppl metabolize extended-release meds faster ; find they don't last the 12 hours promised.
