I just switched over from concerta 54 mg. i had adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) 20mg now she is switching me to adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) xr 30 mg. is this a high dose?

About the same: 30 mg of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) xr is roughly equivalent to 54 mg of concerta. It sounds like your doctor believes that amphetamine works better for you then methylphenidate but that you weren't at a high enough dosage before.
