A 21-year-old male asked:
I have adhd and i'm taking concerta 27mg, which made me feel more calm but very confused and unable to focus, is adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) a better substitute ?

ADHD meds: Both meds can cause similar side effects but they seem equally effective, so you could try Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Unfortunately it's often trial and error with these medicines as it relates to side effects
